Terms of Service

The agreement between you and DGFortuna (operating as The Reverse Frequency) when you visit, purchase, or use materials from thereversefrequency.com.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product offered through it, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any product.

1. The Product

The Reverse Frequency is an educational digital product consisting of MP3 audio sequences and PDF guides. There is no physical product, no subscription, and no recurring billing. Each purchase is a one-time transaction processed through Digistore24 GmbH, our merchant of record.

Current product offerings include:

• The Reverse Frequency — Counter-Wave Sequence (main product, $39 USD)
• The Tesla Resonance Edition (one-time upsell, $67 USD)
• The Two-Audio Starter Kit / Essential Edition (one-time downsell, $37 USD)

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be charged in your local currency by your card issuer. All transactions are final at the moment of purchase, subject to the refund policy below.

2. Purchase & Delivery

Payment is processed exclusively by Digistore24 GmbH. The charge on your bank statement will appear as Digistore24.com, not as DGFortuna or The Reverse Frequency.

After payment, you will receive within minutes:

• An email from noreply@digistore24.com with your purchase receipt and Buyer Area login credentials.
• Immediate access to your downloads via the Digistore24 Buyer Area at www.digistore24.com/buyer/.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it after 30 minutes, contact support@thereversefrequency.com.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted after 60 days from the purchase date cannot be processed by Digistore24's payment system and will not be honored. Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us may result in delays and additional fees; we strongly encourage you to email us directly first — we will resolve any issue without dispute.

4. Licence to Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resale, single-user licence to use the materials for personal educational purposes. This licence permits you to:

• Download the audio and PDF files to a personal device.
• Listen to and read the materials for your own use.
• Create personal backups of the files for your own use.

This licence does not permit you to:

• Share, redistribute, upload, or republish the files in any form, public or private.
• Sell, sublicense, lease, or transfer the materials to another person or entity.
• Modify, edit, remix, or create derivative works from the materials.
• Use the audio or written materials commercially, including in your own products, services, podcasts, courses, or social media content.
• Bypass any technical access restriction or security measure protecting the materials.

Violation of this licence is a copyright infringement under Canadian, U.S., and international law and will be pursued accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to audio sequences, PDF guides, video presentations, written copy, brand names ("The Reverse Frequency," "Counter-Wave Sequence," "Phantom Loop," "Tesla Resonance Edition"), characters (such as the "Dr. Henry Whitfield" spokesperson), and the educational protocols described, is the exclusive property of DGFortuna.

Trademarks may or may not be formally registered; in either case, ownership and rights of use are reserved.

6. Prohibited Use of the Website

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, server, or database.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content for commercial use without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information at checkout.
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Use the site or its content for any illegal purpose under any applicable jurisdiction.

Violation of any of the above may result in termination of your access, revocation of your licence to the materials, and legal action.

7. Educational Use Only

The Reverse Frequency products are sold strictly as educational and informational materials. They are not medical advice, not a treatment, and not a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional.

8. No Warranty

The website and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind — express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DGFortuna disclaims all warranties, including without limitation: warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and that any specific outcome will result from use of the materials.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian, EU, or U.S. consumer-protection law where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of DGFortuna, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners arising from or related to your use of this website or any product purchased through it shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall DGFortuna be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any similar indirect harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DGFortuna and its associated parties from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any applicable law, (c) your misuse of the materials, or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, except where local consumer-protection law grants you the right to sue in your country of residence (which right we do not seek to exclude).

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by emailing support@thereversefrequency.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of the website or its products after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
